Cars on the right, bikes on the left, and FFS don’t walk in the bike lane! Amsterdam is practical, fun and gorgeous—much like the Dutch themselves.
I’m told there are other lovely cities in the Netherlands. I wouldn’t know. We couldn’t tear ourselves away from Amsterdam. We were there a week, going full speed, and all five of us were still eager for more when we left. We’ll tell you all about it, just as soon as we finish this giant stroopwaffel. MMMmmmm.
